How long will it take for my order to ship?
Since our items are handcrafted to order, please allow 2-5 business days for production. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a warranty on your leather goods?
Yes, we stand behind our craftsmanship with a Lifetime Guarantee. If your item ever fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Can I return or exchange my item if I change my mind?
We want you to love your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges on unused, non-customized items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized or engraved items are final sale.
