Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to ensure tracked delivery back to our workshop.
Package Securely
Place the unused leather goods in their original packaging to prevent scuffing or damage during transit.

After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange item within 3-5 business days.
